Meaning of Doubt in the Triad Oracle

After the Trial card, which brought him plenty of difficulties to overcome, the Doubt card confirms a certain negative trend within this Oracle for the querent. Indeed, this card unfortunately heralds for him a very confusing period ahead, in which he will have great trouble finding his bearings and knowing how to extricate himself from his worries. His spiritual visions will be blurry, and he will be unable to make the right choices between good and evil, and what may one day be favourable to him or not. Unable to make the right decisions, the querent will only doubt, and thus endure a heap of setbacks. Fortunately, the card indicates that this is a short-lived period.

The Doubt card first depicts a question mark in close-up, blue in colour as if to evoke the expanse of the sky and the infinite questions that have remained unanswered in the human mind ever since it has lived on Earth. Stemming from the dot are 3 wavy lines, which symbolise the 3 different representations of doubt found in every human being: physical doubt, psychological doubt and doubt in the face of spirituality. In the very centre of the card are 4 small question marks, forming the Sanskrit Sauvastika symbol, said to represent the centre of all movement in Hindu religion. The Doubt card is linked to the astrological signs of Virgo and Libra, and to the number 27, which in numerology embodies all that evolves within the interstellar cosmos.

During a divinatory reading, the Doubt card therefore brings announcements that will raise multiple questions for the querent. So much so that he will doubt, and ultimately will not know how to choose the best solutions before him, creating confusion himself, and thus problematic situations along his path. Only the Delta and Omega cards, paired with Doubt, will turn around a hitherto negative situation into a positive one.
