This is a card that brings great positivity to the querent’s life, as the feeling of love radiates within each of us, and we are nearly all infallible when it comes to it. It is all the more positive in its announcements in that it dominates the reading whenever it might be combined with another card. Its predictions tell the querent that all they have to do is relax and let themselves drift like a feather in the wind, for the events to come will all be favourable to them. Greek mythology and Masonic codes make a return in the imagery of this card. Indeed, we see a heart in close-up, topped by a golden Christian cross that symbolises Love, faith and the great secret of life. But higher still sits a small blue triangle, which embodies the delta of love and of life among Freemasons, while at the four corners of the card the word Christ is written in Greek script. The number 15, associated with a card, represents the blending of the Divine with the human being in numerology, as well as the month of June (1+5=6) in astrology.

During a divinatory reading, the Love card is always welcomed with open arms by the querent and their tarot reader. It announces nothing but gentleness and joie de vivre to come, and that in every area, even if it is of course the realm of romantic feelings that is most concerned.
