Meaning of the Chest in the Persian Tarot

Very favourable to the querent, the Chest Card indeed announces to them a coming material or financial success. Like the booty of the sea pirates of old, this chest shines with a thousand lights, so brilliantly do the stones set against the yellow metal gleam.

During a divinatory reading, the Chest Card is necessarily very positive for the querent, unless the latter has taken a vow of poverty or penitence. It indeed announces to them that they will shortly receive a certain sum of money, or that they will acquire material or property assets very soon. In the form of a salary for work accomplished, of promotions for having brought things to the best conclusion, or of an inheritance following the death of a close family member, these “rewards” will know how to help them embellish their present life as well as their destiny.
