Should you believe in tarot?
The tarot is a divinatory deck that has been used for several centuries. The leading symbol of clairvoyance, it serves as a divination tool for many practitioners. The tarot fascinates with its complexity and frightens at the same time with its interpretations.
But should you really believe in the tarot ?

The tarot is a divination tool
The tarot deck is the mirror of your past, present and future life.
However, if you do not know how to interpret the cards properly, no matter what the tarot may tell you, your interpretation will be distorted.

The tarot deck is only a tool for the reader. The cards deliver messages which, when connected to one another, allow you to understand the thread of the story.
The reader does about 90% of the work by connecting and analysing the cards. Their intuition as well as their knowledge of the cards are essential to work out their interpretation properly.
How can you tell whether the tarot reader is telling the truth ?
Be observant : let the cartomancer read the cards. Do not influence them. Ask as few questions as possible and give no details about your life. If they are a good reader, they will be able to see your current situation in the cards without you having to say a word.

Give time time : predictions can sometimes take time to come true. You will see some interpretations come true several years later, while other events may happen within a few days. When it comes to timing, everything is random !
So be patient and let go !
There are good readers and bad ones
As in every profession, there are beginners and experienced people. Each reader also has their own working method.

If you consult several practitioners, you will see that they do not all work in the same way. Some practise the tarot by looking at all the cards, others only at the major arcana, and others have their own spread techniques. And, as sometimes happens, there may be charlatans.
The best way to find a serious reader is to rely on word of mouth. Reviews will be your best guide !
Not every spread speaks
« For a few years I used to see a clairvoyant who had always been right. I had never been disappointed by her interpretations. Then one day, at a time in my life when everything was confused, I went to see her and throughout the spreads she kept repeating « your deck is borderline », meaning « your deck is a complete jumble ». It was very hard for her to interpret the cards that day. In the end I had to go back a few months later for the cards to speak more clearly. »
The cards feel what you feel. It is important to clear your mind and to be as neutral as possible when you draw the cards.

Sometimes, when your life is complicated, the tarot does not know how to « speak ». And that is precisely where a reader ‘s real work lies: finding and putting together all the pieces of the puzzle to reach a logical interpretation.
Sometimes they will give you fragments of interpretation that may mean nothing to you at the time. And you will only understand what they meant some time later.

The tarot is a very powerful divination deck; it can reveal great things to you about your past, present and future life. However, the choice of practitioner, their intuition and your ability to let go are necessary conditions for obtaining meaningful revelations.
