It is the 12th and last sign of the ecliptic circle of tropical astrology used in the West. It is linked to the constellation that bears its name in sidereal astrology, far more widespread in Asian countries, which have their own so-called Chinese horoscope.
As one might expect, the astrological sign of Pisces is associated with the natural element that is Water, just like the signs of Cancer and Scorpio.

So that a Pisces born on 23 February will be assigned card number 5, named the Pope (2 + 3 = 5).
