Meaning of the Chariot in the Angel Tarot
Major Arcana No. 7
It is the 1st card of the Angel tarot that does not depict a particular character, but an object. It is nonetheless an important card on the Dreamer’s journey, for it tells him he is ready to face life. It thus depicts a chariot, like those found from Antiquity to the Middle Ages, drawn by 2 rearing horses whose black and white colors symbolize complementarity. Standing inside the chariot is an angel whose wings are raised toward the sky.
This angel is said to be the archangel Metatron. There is a sense of movement on the card, as if the chariot were traveling at great speed. Moreover, the huge moon visible in the background tells us that the chariot has been rolling all day long and did not stop at nightfall. In a divinatory reading, the Chariot Card speaks to us of victories won through willpower, confidence and self-control.

❤️ The Chariot Card in Love ❤️
You are in a relationship
The Chariot Card is an action card that can show two different sides in a reading about matters of love. Thus, it will either support your relationship in its usual daily life by strengthening the emotional bonds that unite it, or it will push one of the two partners toward a sudden change in behavior. That partner will abruptly want to dominate the other and show them that they are fully in control of the situation, which can bring a bit of tension into the home, or even a few passing quarrels.
You are single
If the Chariot Card were to appear during your consultation, it would surely announce change coming into your life. Perhaps a move is on the horizon, unless it is a trip abroad? In any case, this transformation on your path will be beneficial to you, and its consequences will most certainly lead you to meet the person who will warm your heart.
🧠 The Chariot Card in Work 🧠

🧘 Spiritual interpretation of the Chariot card 🧘
While the Chariot Card is said to be the card of conquests and of progress along the initiatory journey of a lifetime, we can still add that it is a rather personal card, which sometimes reveals a rather solitary being. Moreover, the white and black colors of the two horses depicted on the card are reminiscent of those of the Yin & Yang and symbolize a certain duality between the good and the evil that exist within each of us.
