Here is the ultimate major card of the Angel Tarot, the one that leads to realisation. Thus, the World card is the one that sounds the end of the initiatory journey begun by the Dreamer. It symbolises the culmination of any action or project, in joy and good cheer, and promises them enlightenment at the end of their destiny. The World card depicts the archangel Michael, the prince of angels and ardent defender of the faith. His body seems to have emerged straight from the limpid waters of a river, and a whirl of positive energies seems to swirl around him. In his hands rise two powerful sceptres of golden colour, while his halo is illuminated above his crown.
Its powerful butterfly-shaped wings are likewise tinged with gold, and the metaphysical bubble, as well as spiritual, that surrounds it seems to be a little piece of the interplanetary cosmos. Moreover, several planets belonging to our galaxy are depicted in the enchanting contours of this bubble, which ends in the sign of infinity. During a divinatory reading, the World card is the master card, the one that guarantees us endless happiness and unfailing success. It is the card of contentment and gratitude, which tells us that we are strong, whole and radiant.
