Two goat horns adorn his forehead, while his nimble fingers glide over the neck of a violin. He therefore plays a tune to attract attention. On earth, his disciples, which are the wolf, the white dog, the black cat and the toad, follow his every move in the moonlight.
But fortunately for humanity, a good fairy stands at the centre of the card. She beats a drum with her fingers to exorcise the forces of evil that are drawing near, while from her copper cauldron, which recalls the light of the sun, powerful beneficial fumes rise into the air and will counter the Devil’s music
